“Tomatoes! Tomatoes! Tomatoes!” Last month’s cooking class revolved around the humble tomato–refreshingly delicious in this hot and humid weather.
The menu was a mixture of traditional and nouveau:
En entrée, un gaspacho andalou aux herbes fraiches
フレッシュハーブのアンダルシア風ガスパッチョ
Gaspacho Andaluz with fresh herbs
Une ratatouille provencale à l’ancienne
昔ながらのプロヴァンス風ラタトゥイユ
Old fashioned ratatouille
en dessert, une originale mousse fondante à la tomate !
