Winter cooking@ Soleil Provence
As January turns into February and the mercury struggles to stabilise, it’s time to turn up the heat in the Soleil Provence cuisine. Christophe Beucher, will share his expertise and passion for fresh ingredients from the local farmer’s and seafood markets in fast recipes done in mouthwateringly (is that a word?) French tradition. Recipes are available in Japanese, French, and English. You too can delight your friends and family when you recreate the menu at home.
