Just in case you’re in Nice today, there will be Le Fooding (Food + Feeling) event at Hi Hotel Beach

Cost is 15 Euros with proceeds going to Action contre la faim so you can have a meal and give a meal to someone who needs it.
Les Becots Cliquot by Appollonia Poliane will be featured.

In her savoury version, two slightly peppered sable biscuits will be joined together with parmesan cream. They biscuits will be in the form of a spoon and accompanied by Veuve Cliquot champagne.
Other delicacies will be provided by Mauro Colagreco (Le Mirazur, Menton), Mickaël and Gaël Tourteaux (Flaveur, Nice), Armand Arnal (La Chassagnette, near Arles) and Mickael Gracieux (L’Aromate, Nice). patissier/chocolatier Sébastien Gaudard of Delicabar will be down from Paris doing the desserts.
